Job summary

Eastern Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Administrator III to independently manage complex loan accounts and support a lending team through the loan closing process. Responsibilities include reviewing loan documentation, coordinating with attorneys and customers, and maintaining data in ncino and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related knowledge/skills gained through experience required.
• 10+ years of commercial loan experience required; extensive knowledge of commercial and CRE loan closing processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handles accounts of large size/complexity with high volume; supports lending team.
• Reviews and completes due diligence for commercial loan documentation and closing; ensures loan approval requirements are met.
• Manages loan pipeline in ncino and other sources; ensures data accuracy.
• Coordinates with customers, attorneys, CPAs, and lenders to resolve issues and ensure timely documentation.
• Provides training/mentorship to less experienced Commercial Banking Administrators.
