Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive business or ag banking experience.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial and agricultural credit underwriting.
• Ability to lead client relationship strategies, including business development and retention.
• Strong understanding of complex financial structures and sophisticated credit needs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals and market growth.
• Ability to mentor junior bankers and support team development.
• High degree of professionalism, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a network to grow Choice Financial relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for clients seeking credit and lending services.
• Provide personalized financial advice based on clients’ goals and creditworthiness.
• Explain terms, conditions, and risks of credit products to clients.
• Structure loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor lending solutions for complex needs.
• Actively cross-sell other financial products to deepen client relationships.
