Job summary

CTI designs AV solutions for corporate environments, turning client ideas into build-ready system designs. You’ll work with Sales, PMs, BIM/CAD, and field teams to ensure designs are smart, buildable, and aligned with CTI standards.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, clean signal flows, and collaboration across disciplines. You’ll design conference rooms, training spaces, and enterprise environments while meeting budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing commercial AV systems.
• Experience creating AV documentation and drawings (signal flow, system drawings).
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, PMs, BIM/CAD, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Design full commercial AV systems for meeting spaces and enterprise environments.
• Create AV diagrams and drawings using Visio and CAD.
• Review scope and proposals, clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Define equipment selection and system architecture within standards and budget.
• Provide technical direction to ensure buildable designs.
