Job summary

You will underwrite new and renewal E&S Commercial Auto, develop a profitable Central Region book, and collaborate with Claims, Actuarial, Operations and Distribution to meet profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience.
• Strong expertise in Commercial Auto underwriting.
• Experience underwriting transportation, contractor auto, or auto-focused casualty risks.
• Proven success managing broker relationships.
• Ability to work remotely and manage territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal E&S Commercial Auto business in Central Region.
• Develop and maintain a profitable book of business.
• Collaborate with Claims, Actuarial, Operations, Product, and Distribution teams.
• Monitor market conditions and broker activity within the territory.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, authority levels, and referral processes.
