Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or life sciences discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial analytics experience in pharma/biotech or consulting serving that industry.
• Oncology experience preferred; lung cancer brand exposure is a plus.
• Direct hands-on experience with pharmaceutical secondary data and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Mine internal commercial data (CRM, field engagement, channel files) for insights.
• Mine syndicated data (outlet purchase, claims, longitudinal data) for insights.
• Produce recurring performance analyses at national and regional levels and explain drivers.
• Analyze performance by customer segment, site of care, and treatment patterns.
• Identify geographic variation and translate into actionable recommendations for Sales Ops.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting in BI platforms.
