Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics supporting sales, commercial operations, pricing, forecasting, or revenue management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, gaps, and improvement actions.
• Develop insights related to sales pipeline, forecasting, customer profitability, pricing, product mix, market trends, and performance.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives and decision‑support materials for commercial leaders.
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Build governed Power BI dashboards and reports using enterprise data products and shared semantic models.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Data team to deliver governed data, scalable dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Lead self‑service analytics adoption by developing reusable Power BI solutions and training users.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and forecasting models to support business accountability.
• Partner with IT and business users to improve data access, dashboard usability, and reporting automation.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Support additional commercial operations priorities as assigned.
