Sobi is seeking an Associate Director Commercial Analytics (Immunology - HLH) in the US with a hybrid work model. You will develop performance narratives, build KPI dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to inform data strategy and decision making.

You will lead analytics across sales, marketing, finance and market access, applying SQL/Python skills and BI tools to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial or consulting roles.
• 2+ years with pharma data sets (claims, DDD, 867/852).
• Mature SQL and/or Python analytics skills across platforms.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Experience in primary research and forecasting in pharma.

Responsabilités

• Develop performance narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Design dashboards with KPIs and customer insights for field teams.
• Inform data needs, KPI definitions, and data-mart requirements.
• Produce reports and executive summaries summarizing findings.
• Lead market research projects to inform brand strategy.
• Review HCP and Account segmentation; align with market dynamics.
• Advise on forecasting models and participate in ad-hoc analytics.
