Job summary

Sobi is seeking a Commercial Analytics Lead (Immunology - HLH) to empower the North America commercial teams with data-driven insights. The role blends analytics, storytelling, and dashboard design to inform leadership on performance drivers and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with primary research. Hybrid remote work with occasional travel in the Boston area is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech in a commercial or consulting role.
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets including claims, DDD, and 867/852 data.
• Prior experience in primary research required - lead experience preferred.
• Mature SQL and/or Python data analytics skills, with comfort accessing data across a variety of platforms.
• Preferred experience with Tableau or similar BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Understand drivers of emapalumab use and develop performance narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, informing data strategy with Commercial Data Management.
• Design dashboards and KPIs to provide insights for field and sales leadership.
• Produce regular reports and executive summaries with findings and implications.
• Lead primary market research projects to inform brand strategy and forecasting.
