Job summary

Sobi North America is seeking an Associate Director, Immunology Insights, to translate market research and competitive intelligence into actionable insights for leadership and field teams. You will partner with cross-functional groups, shape data strategy with the Commercial Data Management team, and enhance dashboards for executives.

This hybrid role requires frequent collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, with occasional travel and residence in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech commercial or consulting roles.
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets including claims, DDD, and 867/852 data.

Responsibilities

• Generate market-specific insights from primary market research, secondary data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop performance narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Design improvements to dashboards for field and sales executives.
• Inform data strategy with Commercial Data Management team.
• Maintain relationships across sales, marketing, finance, and market access to inform narratives.
