Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Horsham, PA seeks an Associate Director, Integrated Analytics for the Psoriatic portfolio. You will lead analytics, generate business insights, and act as an internal consultant to marketing and sales, shaping strategies and driving actions across the IMM Psoriatic portfolio.

You will partner with commercial teams, deliver data-driven recommendations, and champion Credo-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, management consulting or related field.
• Ability to work in Horsham, PA location 3 days a week and travel domestically up to 10%.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of pharma datasets.
• Broad analytics and market research approaches; identify appropriate methods for business questions.
• Autonomy with integrity to define questions and solve through innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial teams to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Strong storytelling, data visualization, and impactful presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
