Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking a senior Associate Director of Advanced Analytics to drive insights from commercial data sources and build scalable analytics capabilities across marketing, sales, finance, and managed care.

You will partner with Insights, Marketing, Field, IT, and Finance to translate data into actionable strategies, develop predictive models, and optimize promotional spend in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Economics, Healthcare or Healthcare Informatics concentration preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of building scalable advanced analytics tools and capabilities.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or pharma/healthcare consulting with a focus on advanced analytics, data science, or business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful commercial advanced analytics projects to guide business decision making with minimal guidance.
• Analyze data from industry and internal sources to identify business opportunities and inform recommendations for non‑technical audiences.
• Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc analyses to support commercial decision‑making.
