Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager to lead and develop actuarial Analysts, manage consultants, and guide reserving projects remotely across the United States.

You will oversee monthly booking, reserve reviews, and executive communications while driving innovation and staff development. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and advanced actuarial expertise.

Qualifications

• BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area plus 6 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis for personal or commercial lines insurance.
• Or graduate degree with 4 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis for personal or commercial lines.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Reserving experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• FCAS certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Actuarial Analysts; supervise Consultants/Analysts.
• Initiate analysis to address business issues and meet deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Lead monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicate reserve results to senior leaders.
• Drive process improvements and coach staff.
