Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Licensing active required; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements; manage client communications.
• Support new and renewal business: submissions, quotes, binding, and issuance follow-up.
• Review contracts for proper coverage and maintain data in agency systems.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain carrier/vendor platforms and ensure data accuracy.
