Job summary

Taskrabbit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Commerce to own our global payments and earnings platform. You will lead an engineering-driven team to simplify how clients pay and how Taskers are paid, across multiple markets, while partnering with Finance, Tax, and Legal to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You should have deep payments experience and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from day one, even without marketplace-specific background.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in B2C payments products and integrating with payment processors.
• Understanding how payment experience shapes user behavior and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the global commerce platform, including client payments and Tasker payouts across markets.
• Improve payments experience to increase booking conversion and reduce payout delays.
• Investigate payment issues end to end to identify root causes using data and tooling.
• Plan and sequence initiatives with engineering leadership and drive delivery, balancing user impact, cost, and compliance.
• Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate roadmap and outcomes to senior leadership.
