Job summary

KRAFTON Americas is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the direction of our Commerce products, focusing on Payments and Wallets. You will identify problems, define roadmaps, and work with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that scale globally.

Based in California, you will collaborate with studios and partners across regions, define measurable success, and translate data into product strategy while maintaining regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in gaming, digital content, commerce, fintech, payments, or platform products.
• Experience with commerce, payments, wallets, billing, marketplaces, subscriptions, or other transaction-based products.
• Experience leading full product lifecycle from problem definition through launch and operations.
• Experience balancing user experience, business goals, technical constraints, and operational risks.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, design, business, operations, finance, legal, and security teams.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries or globally distributed teams.
• Experience defining metrics for product performance and user experience, and improving products based on data and user feedback.
• Professional proficiency in both Korean and English, with ability to write documentation in both languages.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Korea as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help define the direction and long-term roadmap for Commerce products, including Payment and Wallet.
• Identify user and business problems and clarify the core value to provide.
• Establish product principles and standards for reliable experiences across markets.
• Translate insights from players and studios into product improvement opportunities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from problem definition to launch and operations.
• Improve usability and transaction experiences to build a trusted Commerce environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, legal, security, and compliance to drive direction.
• Coordinate with global payment providers, PSPs, and platform operators for reliable operation.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure performance and user experience, and iterate accordingly.
• Bring North American market perspective to global product decisions.
