Job summary

OEConnection is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for our collision marketplace, balancing innovation with customer needs across time zones. You will partner with our Chennai-based Product Owner and engineering teams to turn business needs into clear user stories, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with UX, sales, and customer success on launches and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, marketplace/ecommerce or B2B products.
• Experience with offshore or distributed teams across time zones.
• Experience revitalizing or expanding legacy products to capture new revenue.
• Strong prioritization skills and the judgment to say no.
• Excellent written communication across time zones.
• Ability to ramp quickly on a complex product, its customers, and their workflows.
• Agile/Scrum fluency; comfortable with Jira/Confluence and analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: automotive or B2B marketplace experience; AI/ML features exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a flagship product, balancing innovation and customer requests.
• Partner daily with our Chennai-based Product Owner and engineering team to turn business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Revitalize and expand an established product, finding new revenue opportunities and building the business case for them.
• Use product analytics (adoption, conversion, retention, GMV) to guide decisions and measure success.
• Apply marketplace best practices across catalog, pricing, search, and transaction workflows.
• Collaborate with UX on prototypes and usability testing, and with sales, marketing, and customer success on launches and retention.
• Build relationships with OEMs, partners, and customers through research, interviews, and the occasional speaking engagement.
