OEConnection is seeking a Collision Field Coach to serve as a subject matter expert for OEM partners, ensuring networked collision centers meet OEM standards and delivering value through consulting and training.
You will conduct OEM certification audits, implement repair planning systems, and provide onsite training while addressing facility inquiries and maintaining detailed visit reports across multiple sites.

We have contract positions available in Southern California, Salt Lake City, Utah, Minneapolis, MN, Buffalo, NY, New York City, and St Louis, MO.
As a subject matter expert for assigned repair facilities, represents our OEM partners to ensure their network of certified collision centers continue to meet the ever‑changing requirements to complete a safe and proper repair. Delivers and sells consulting and training to continue to build value with our client collision centers.
An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, directly‑related job experience in strategic account management, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
