Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage accurately.
• Prepare detailed collision repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Communicate with customers, insurers, adjusters, and claims representatives.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and management to maintain workflow.
• Ensure estimates meet quality and accuracy standards and document customer records.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.
