Qualifications

• Experience as Collision Estimator or Auto Body Estimator.
• Experience preparing collision repair estimates.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software preferred.
• Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple repair files and priorities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with insurance companies and claims adjusters.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using CCC ONE.
• Communicate with customers on repairs and timelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Submit insurance estimates and supplemental requests.
• Identify hidden damage and coordinate additional repairs.
• Review repair plans for parts, labor, and procedures.
• Follow OEM procedures and insurer requirements.
• Maintain repair documentation and customer records.
• Provide timely repair progress updates.
• Help resolve customer concerns and questions.
