Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent members by telephone and letter to secure payment arrangements.
• Pull credit reports, verify information, and perform skip tracing as needed.
• Maintain accurate data in credit union records and repossession logs.
• Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and progress of collection activities.
• Initiate repossession proceedings after 60 days past due.
• Document all collection actions and communicate with management.
