Job summary

Connect Search LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist in Alpharetta, GA for a 6+ month contract. The role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. You will manage customer accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve payment discrepancies to support AR processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial collections experience with strong communication and organizational skills, and a detail-oriented, methodical approach to tasks.
