Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in collections, recovery, loan servicing, or related financial services.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection and recovery activities on consumer, small business, and credit card accounts, including complex delinquency.
• Evaluate account performance and risk factors to recommend collection strategies.
• Prepare recommendations related to repossession, litigation, and charge-offs.
