Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage collection and recovery activities on consumer, small business, and credit card accounts, including delinquency and recovery situations.
• Evaluate account performance and risk factors to recommend appropriate collection strategies.
• Prepare recommendations related to repossession, litigation, charge-offs, and other significant recovery actions.
• Analyze complex delinquent accounts and determine effective short- and long-term recovery plans.
• Administer bankruptcy accounts, including required correspondence and court reporting.
• Communicate with borrowers regarding late payments, collection efforts, repayment arrangements, and account resolution options.
• Prepare monthly collection reports and recommend actions to support portfolio performance and loss mitigation.
• Monitor assigned accounts to maintain delinquency levels and minimize loan losses.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with bank policies, procedures, security standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify and elevate potential compliance concerns as appropriate.
