C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team.

In this role, you’ll help ensure the financial health of our Robinson Fresh business by resolving outstanding accounts receivable issues and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers. As a Senior Collections Representative, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate invoice discrepancies, and play a key role in keeping cash flow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective and flexible communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Recover aging invoices using advanced processes and systems.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior team members or leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targets.
• Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members.
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers.
