Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience in related role.
• Experience with collateral processing, UCC, and mortgage related documents.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex collateral processing activities using standard procedures.
• Process perfections, continuations and releases; coordinate with partners to complete transactions.
• Ensure documents are available to complete transactions and train new team members.
• Provide responses and documentation to inquiries; perform research and improve workflow.
• Review transactions for accuracy and conformance to policies and service levels.
