Job summary

PNC is seeking a collateral processing professional to execute complex collateral activities, including perfections, continuations and releases, in accordance with established policies.

You will partner with internal and external teams to route communications, resolve exceptions, and support training for new employees, ensuring accurate documents and timely transactions across multiple accounts. The role requires meticulous notes across systems and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing standard procedures, executes complex or escalated collateral processing activities.
• Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Facilitates, coordinates and supports training and of new employees and junior team members.
• Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes complex research.
• Reviews unique transactions and related documents. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
