Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review title binders for unreleased liens.
• Verify public records online.
• Process collateral actions including perfections, continuations and releases.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to route documents to complete transactions.
• Provide responses to inquiries and help train new team members.
