PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Collateral Processor Specialist within its Retail Bank Operations. You will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Miamisburg, OH, handling title review, lien verification, and coordination with partners to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and clear communication to support loan portfolios. The position requires liaising with internal teams and external offices, applying fees, and ensuring records are correct

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; four or more years of related business or functional experience preferred.
• Knowledge of title processing, public records verification, and lien resolution processes is desired.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external partners to resolve title issues and maintain accurate notes across systems.

Responsibilities

• Review title binders to determine unreleased liens.
• Verify public records through county websites and offices.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve title issues.
• Research legal descriptions and verify accuracy against deeds.
• Assess and apply fees to correct title issues.
• Monitor a pipeline of 100-200 accounts to meet deadlines.
• Request releases for prior mortgages when needed.
• Know how to file a title claim.
• Maintain clear, concise notes across multiple systems.
• Communicate with requestors via email and phone.
