Job summary

PNC seeks a Collateral Process Specialist in Miamisburg, OH within Retail Bank Operations. The role focuses on collateral processing, perfections, continuations and releases, aligned with policies and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with internal/external teams to route documents, resolve exceptions, and support training for new staff. Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00 am–4:00 pm ET. Requires an Associates degree and 4+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Mortgage documentation knowledge is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute collateral processing activities per established policies, procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to route documents and resolve exceptions.
• Provide training and support to new employees and junior team members.
• Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests; perform complex research as needed.
• Review transactions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with service levels.
