Qualifications

• Minimum two years of branch operations and/or title/lien placement experience.
• High school education or GED required.
• Strong math ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee duties to perfect collateralized loans.
• Process security interests filings and lien releases.
• Review paid loan lists and process payoff notices.
• Prepare security instruments and lien releases in a timely fashion.
• Assist ELT administration and liaise with vendors to ensure system integrity.
• Provide internal member service and staff training in loan perfection.
