Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and oversee the perfection of collateralized loans at our Fairfax, VA operations center.

You will handle security interests, lien releases, ELT administration with FDI and DMV, and provide staff training and internal support to ensure accurate lien records. We value teamwork and ongoing professional development within a diverse, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in branch operations and/or title/lien placement.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a team setting.
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee collateral perfection for loans.
• Process security interests filings and lien releases.
• Work with DMV and state agencies to resolve issues.
• Administer ELT operations with FDI and vendors.
• Provide internal member service and cross-department support.
