Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an IT Engineer to own our collaboration tool stack (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom) in a fast‑moving global team. You’ll write code, build integrations, and drive AI‑enabled workflows with security in mind.

Based in San Francisco, Sydney, or Melbourne, you will partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales to enable teams and scale our collaboration footprint across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate platform or collaboration services engineering.
• Experience as primary owner of a core product (Slack or Google Workspace).
• Demonstrated ability to migrate data, automate processes, and build integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Slack integrations, workflows, apps, and services as the primary owner.
• Integrate Google Workspace and Zoom using APIs and code, connect platforms.
• Build bots, automations, and AI-enabled workflows across collaboration tools.
• Support secure, scalable growth and global IT operations across regions.
