Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Collaboration Platform Principal Engineer to lead the Collaboration Service Engineering team and drive strategic modernization of the bank's enterprise collaboration platforms.

The role requires deep technical expertise across CUCM, Webex, Teams, and SIP-based voice, with a focus on reliability, security, and scalable design. Leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, voice, video, or telecommunications environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading engineering teams, technical organizations, or large-scale collaboration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for the Collaboration Service Engineering team.
• Establish service engineering standards, operational processes, service roadmaps.
• Lead a team of engineers responsible for the support, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration services.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents, complex technical challenges, and strategic decisions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
