Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Collaboration Platform Principal Engineer to lead the Collaboration Service Engineering team and drive modernization of enterprise collaboration platforms. You will own platforms like CUCM, Webex, Teams voice, and IPC trading communications while ensuring high availability and security.

The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership to deliver reliable, scalable collaboration solutions and to mentor engineers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, voice, video, or telecommunications environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading engineering teams or large-scale collaboration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for the Collaboration Service Engineering team.
• Establish service engineering standards, operational processes, service roadmaps.
• Lead a team responsible for support, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration services.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents and strategic decisions.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
