Job summary
Huntington National Bank is seeking a Collaboration Platform Principal Engineer to lead the Collaboration Service Engineering team, driving reliability, modernization, and strategic direction for voice, video, and unified collaboration services across the enterprise.
The role partners with Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Network Services, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver highly available, secure, and scalable collaboration solutions that support Huntington's business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Telecom/Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration, UC, voice, video, or telecom environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading engineering teams or large-scale collaboration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and organizational leadership for the Collaboration Service Engineering team.
- Establish service engineering standards, operational processes, and roadmaps.
- Lead engineers for reliability, stability, and continuous improvement of collaboration services.
- Serve as senior escalation point for incidents and strategic decisions.
- Mentor and develop engineers; drive knowledge sharing and execution excellence.
