Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Collaboration Platform Principal Engineer to lead the Collaboration Service Engineering team and own the strategy for enterprise collaboration tools across voice, video, and unified communications.

The role drives platform reliability, governance, and modernization, partnering with Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Network Services, and Security to deliver secure, scalable collaboration solutions supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, voice, video, or telecommunications environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading engineering teams, technical organizations, or large-scale collaboration initiatives.
