Responsibilities include staffing, budget support, and driving continuous improvement with ERP/WMS systems. On-site role with occasional after-hours; dairy/cheese industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• 8+ years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution, preferably in refrigerated/frozen ops.
• 5+ years in people leadership across multiple shifts.
• Experience with ERP/WMS, inventory control, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first operations across three shifts.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, picking, staging, loading, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure cold-chain integrity, food safety, and quality compliance.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and costs.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and labor planning.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, standard work, and Lean methods.
