Job summary

Emmi Roth is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to operate forklifts, move products, and support production in our Wisconsin facility. You will pick orders, load and unload pallets, and ensure accurate shipment preparation while maintaining safety and efficiency in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have forklift certification, be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and uphold strict food-safety practices in line with FDA/HACCP/GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete forklift operator certification and demonstrate proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility or refrigerated warehouse preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions and pick orders.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the facility.
• Picks and prepares orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inspects orders for accuracy and approves shipment.
• Loads/unloads pallets and transports materials to designated areas.
• Maintains inventory records and assists in cycle counts and stock checks.
