Arrive Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst for its Arrive Fresh division in Phoenix. You will manage a portfolio of temperature-controlled cargo claims, ensuring timely, compliant resolutions while collaborating with carriers, shippers, and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years of cargo claims experience and strong knowledge of Carmack, PACA, USDA, and FSMA guidelines, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cargo claims management experience in 3PL, brokerage, or cargo insurance.
• Deep knowledge of perishable freight rules: Carmack Amendment, PACA, USDA, FSMA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Arrive Fresh cargo claims from filing to resolution.
• Investigate temperature-controlled freight claims and apply PACA, Carmack Amendment guidelines.
• Negotiate settlements with shippers, receivers, carriers, and insurers.
• Mitigate losses by coordinating salvage or disposal under FSMA requirements.
• Track claim data, identify risk areas, and report to leadership.
