Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Claims Analyst for its Arrive Fresh division to own a portfolio of perishable cargo claims and protect the company’s financial position. You will engage with shippers, carriers, and insurers to drive timely resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires hands-on claims experience, knowledge of cold-chain rules such as PACA and the Carmack Amendment, and the ability to coordinate with Legal, Carrier Sales, and Operational Risk to address

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cargo claims management experience in 3PL or freight environments.
• Strong knowledge of Carmack Amendment, PACA, USDA and FSMA.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution and analytical thinking skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Arrive Fresh cargo claims from filing to resolution.
• Investigate and resolve temperature-controlled freight claims and related issues.
• Negotiate settlements with shippers, receivers, carriers, and insurance adjusters.
• Coordinate salvage, redistribution, or disposal to mitigate losses.
• Validate documentation to support recovery and subrogation.
• Track claims data and flag risk areas for leadership.
