Arrive Logistics in Phoenix is seeking a Claims Analyst for Arrive Fresh to own temperature-controlled cargo claims from filing to resolution. You will investigate deviations, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with PACA, Carmack, USDA, and FSMA while maintaining records in the TMS.

The role demands strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a focus on mitigating losses and protecting Arrive's financial position while delivering responsive service to customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 3+ years in cargo claims management, preferably 3PL/freight brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of Carmack Amendment, PACA, USDA, FSMA.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Arrive Fresh cargo claims from filing to resolution.
• Investigate temperature-controlled freight claims and apply PACA/FSMA rules.
• Negotiate settlements with shippers, receivers, carriers, and insurers.
• Coordinate salvage, redistribution, or disposal to mitigate losses.
• Maintain claim records in the TMS and communicate status to customers.
• Track claim data to flag risks and report to leadership.
