• Minimum three years of coding experience in a team environment within a highly computerized hospital setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for employed and vendor resources across PB coding and PB-CDI workflows.
• Monitor documentation integrity trends and coordinate provider education on diagnosis specificity and medical necessity.
• Collaborate with PB-CDI and stakeholders to address recurring documentation concerns and support reporting.
• Oversee coding staff and vendor activities to ensure accurate and timely coding/billing.
