Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or two (2) years of experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, or CCS-P credential required
• Minimum three (3) years of coding experience in a team environment within a highly computerized hospital setting
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for employed and vendor-supported resources.
• Monitor documentation integrity trends from coding audits, denials, and work queues.
• Collaborate with PB-CDI and stakeholders to address documentation concerns.
• Assist with reporting, trend analysis, and action planning to improve coding accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely coding and billing, and maintain compliance audits.
