The US Oncology Network is seeking a Sr. Coding Quality Analyst to join Texas Oncology in Richardson, TX. This full-time, hybrid role supports the Coding Department at 3001 E. President George Bush Hwy, Suite 100. Typical hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Senior level position with responsibilities including comprehensive coding reviews, audit activities, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure compliant, accurate billing and documentation.

Formación

• Seven+ years of relevant experience in professional fee coding, coding audit, billing compliance, or related revenue cycle functions.
• Minimum of three years of professional fee coding audit or complex coding review experience.
• Active professional coding certification (CPC/CCS-P/COC) and an auditing credential.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex reviews and investigations involving coding, documentation, billing, and workflows.
• Conduct audits, data validation, and medical record review to support findings.
• Prepare reports with findings, root cause, scope, impact, and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with Coding Operations and other departments to resolve identified issues.
• Stay current with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM guidelines and payer requirements.
