Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Sr. Coding Quality Analyst for our Texas Oncology team in Richardson. This full-time hybrid role supports the Coding Department at 3001 E.

President George Bush Hwy, Suite 100, Richardson, TX, with typical hours 8:30a–5:00p. As a senior analyst, you will lead complex coding reviews, audits, and documentation validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance across CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; four-year degree preferred in HIM, healthcare admin, or related field.
  • Minimum seven years in professional coding, auditing, or revenue-cycle functions.
  • CPC/CCS‑P/COC and CPMA/CHA credentials are strongly preferred and expected.

Responsibilities

  • Performs complex reviews and investigations involving coding, documentation, billing, and workflows.
  • Reviews medical records, provider documentation, coding, charges, and claims to determine facts and circumstances.
  • Evaluates concerns from multiple perspectives to identify root causes and required actions.
  • Coordinates with Coding Operations, Audit Operations, Education, and Revenue Cycle for issue resolution.
  • Documents findings, corrective actions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
