Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience required.
• 7 years of full-time plan review / project administration experience.
• Current NYS Code Enforcement Officer certification.
• Valid NYS driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enforcement of building codes and zoning for campus projects.
• Inspect sites, review plans, and guide developers and contractors.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Lead and mentor the Code Compliance Manager and coordinate with risk officials.
