Job summary
The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking a Co-Occurring Professional to deliver advanced clinical services within a 24/7 residential setting, integrating mental health with addiction recovery. You will provide both group and individual therapy, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and support continuity of patient care through leadership when the program manager is unavailable.
Qualifications include a Master’s in behavioral health, MN licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW), Rule 31 training, CPR
Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral health is required.
- Must hold licensure to independently practice mental health and SUD in MN (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW).
- Rule 31 training required in MN.
- Current CPR certification required (or obtained within 30 days).
- Background check clearance and NPI number required.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical services including group therapy and individual counseling for co-occurring disorders.
- Coordinate with treatment team and supervise students/interns when needed.
- Lead and participate in crisis response and care planning within a 24/7 residential setting.
