Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in CNS to provide clinical and economic insights and engage with KIs, LPLs, providers, and patient groups within the ecosystem.

This field-based role requires up to 70% travel and covers multiple CNS products. The MSL will contribute to regional medical strategies, deliver education, and support clinical trials and real-world evidence initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master's degree with equivalent psychiatry or CNS clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant work experience.
• Understanding of health systems and patient care delivery; experience with healthcare professionals and decision makers.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of the industry, competitors, and value proposition.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and data‑led training for speakers and medical education activities.
• Engage with key scientific and medical customers and organizations to understand trends and products.
• Develop and adapt ecosystem strategies to meet local needs and patient outcomes.
• Share evidence and insights to drive decision making and priority setting for evidence generation.
• Mentor peers and collaborate across the matrix organization.
