Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (CNS) to deliver clinical and economic insights within a local ecosystem. You will engage Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, providers, and patient groups to support evidence-based care and product utilization.

The role requires an MD/DO/PhD in life sciences (or equivalent) and at least 2 years in pharma medical affairs, with up to 70% travel and strong collaboration across matrix teams.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master’s with equivalent psychiatry or CNS clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant work experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, healthcare providers and patient groups within the ecosystem.
• Provide clinical, scientific and health economic information related to CNS diseases and product utilization.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to tailor regional medical strategies and deliver education.
• Support clinical trials, surveillance, and health‑economic outcomes research as needed.
