Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) to support the CNS portfolio within its ecosystem-based customer engagement model. You will engage Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, and healthcare providers to advance patient outcomes and contribute to regional medical strategies.

You may cover multiple CNS products and participate in real‑world evidence discussions. You will disseminate disease state information, deliver medical training, and collaborate

Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master’s degree with equivalent psychiatry or CNS clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant work experience.
• Understanding of health systems and patient care delivery; experience with healthcare professionals and decision makers.
• Ability to lead teams and projects; strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and scientific perspectives to local execution plans addressing customer challenges to improve patient care.
• Cultivate relationships with key scientific and medical customers and organizations within territory.
• Deliver on business objectives that extend beyond territory and support Medical Affairs organization.
• Maintain deep understanding of ecosystem alignment with patient-centric strategy and deliver optimal patient care.
